The bouquet on this Verdejo is as chiseled and clean as polished glass, with mineral and lime notes. The wine is fresh and melony in the mouth, with honeydew, mango and green herb flavors. It's a bit pithy on the finish, and overall there's a citric feel to this old-vines white.
