Nittnaus Anita und Hans 2015 Pannobile Red (Burgenland)

The sonorous and soft vanilla notes of oak provide a beautiful backdrop for all the blueberry aromas that rise from the glass. The palate adds some black cherry notions to the ripe blueberry but remains more slender and fresh than the nose would suggest. Its full, mellow fruit is held in a fine gauze of tannins on a fresh, vivid body. Full marks for elegance. Drink 2020–2030. Anne Krebiehl MW
