Nittnaus Anita und Hans 2017 Comondor Red (Burgenland)

Smoke, a hint of camphor, plum and supple vanilla richness are smooth on the aromatic nose. The palate still has grip but is exquisitely pure, presenting plum and blueberry freshness and allowing that vanilla note to cede to cedar and tobacco. This is elegant, juicy, poised and only just opening up. Drink by 2035. Anne Krebiehl MW
