This is pure Mourvèdre from Stillwater Creek; nicely displaying both tart purple fruit flavors and herbal-edged, yet ripe, tannins. Balanced and authoritative, it's a nice showcase for this up and coming variety. A whiff of the barnyard enhances the nose.
