The first Grenache from Novelty Hill, this explodes from the glass with aromas of Bourbon-soaked cherries, fragrant and seductive. In the mouth the wine is tart and tastes of cranberry, strawberry and black cherry candy, with a whiff of smoke. Lovely fruit, tangy acid and surprising concentration for such young vines.
