Fresh and citrusy on the nose, with apple and gooseberry notes. The palate is jumpy, tangy and zesty, with lemon, lime and pineapple flavors. Not the most “varietal” SB going, but it's tangy and lively nonetheless. Hanging in well for a 2008, but drink now.
