For Argentina, this is as varietally correct as you're going to find for Sauvignon Blanc. The bouquet is loaded with pungent nectarine, citrus and peach pit aromas. Those are backed by a citrusy, angular, spritzy palate with lime and orange flavors. Tang is the operative word as the wine fades out with tangerine and grapefruit flavors.
