O'Brien 2006 Merlot (Napa Valley)

A fine Merlot. Dry, soft and smooth, it has easy flavors of cherries, red currants, mocha, buttered cinnamon toast and vanilla, wrapped into well-ground tannins. Likeable now for its charm.
