Obsidian Ridge 2012 Estate Syrah (Red Hills)

Cellar Selection

This extremely flavorful but young and tightly wound wine has black pepper, dark chocolate and smoke aromas, concentrated blackberry and cassis flavors, firm tannins and full body. This is a powerful, full-bodied, firmly structured wine that needs time to show its best side. It should drink beautifully after 2018. Jim Gordon
