Reflecting a hot and dry vintage, this blend smells a bit raisiny and overripe. In the mouth, hard tannins make for a rough and rugged palate, while flavors of tomato, green herbs, prune and spice finish similarly baked, herbal and tomatoey. This is a blend of 55% Tempranillo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot.
