Deep purple in color, with a dark, fiery nose that pumps large amounts of muscle and licorice. The palate is jammy and extracted, with intense flavors of black fruit and fudge. This is about as intense as they come, with angularity and raw power. It's not what you'd call elegant or agile, but it's definitely a biggie.
