Ripe but restrained black cherry and plum aromas are accented by whiffs of toast, sweet spice and olive. There's plenty of plush, juicy black fruit here, but it's balanced briskly against a cool mineral tone and fresh acidity. An stately wine with integrated alcohol and lingering chalky tannins.
