Just west of the finest white wine slopes of the Côte de Beaune, Saint-Aubin produces some early drinking crisp wines. This wine comes from one of a series of premier crus with warm yellow fruits and delicate texture. There are touches of toast as well as juicy acidity that are refreshing. Drink this wine from 2018.
