Olivier Roten 2016 Symphonie Pinot Noir (Valais)

Crimson red in the glass, this Swiss Pinot Noir has delightful aromas of ripe red cherries and farm-fresh raspberries. It is well balanced and has delicate flavors of raspberry, saddle leather, black cherry and baking spice. It is velvety smooth, with persistent touches of nutmeg and cinnamon on the finish.
