Very spicy and aromatic, this immediately stands out in the crowded field of Washington Rieslings. The ripe, tangy green fruits are wrapped in a mint/licorice candy coating; the flavors seem to gather strength and persist well into a long finish. This may not appeal to purists, but it definitely delivers a lot of clean, bracing flavor.
