The Olsens are growers with decades of experience, and this is as lush and thoroughly delicious as Washington Chardonnay can ever be. A big, toasty mouthful of fruit salad—citrus, pineapple and peach in particular—runs into a smooth, luscious wash of buttery oak. Yum.
