oops 2006 Sauvignon Blanc (Central Valley)

The oops concept is to blend Carmenère, the so-called lost variety, into everything, including Sauvignon Blanc. And while you don't really taste the red in this, you do get bell pepper, melon and citrus. A little watery and dilute in the long run. Imported by Schwartz-Olcott Importers. Michael Schachner
