The earthy cigar box, tobacco and spice aromas on the nose of this Shiraz are both distinctive and attractive, though on the palate, the wine could use a touch more complexity. It's a good wine with enticing flavors of berry, smoke and spice—I just want more of what's working here. A great selection for everything from grilled meat to Mexican dishes.
