Orogeny 2007 Fox Den Vineyard Pinot Noir (Green Valley)

This is a big, rich Pinot Noir you might think was a Grenache. It's that full-bodied. It's pretty heavy for a Pinot, but it is delicious and fine in its own right. Shows ripe cherry tart, currant, licorice, bacon, sandalwood and spice flavors, with smooth, complex tannins. Now–2013.
