This is Ortman's best Pinot since 2002, perhaps because of the vintage's relative coolness. It's dry, silky and balanced, and shows a really nice, coastal character. Pop this open now and enjoy the elaborate cherry, raspberry, orange pekoe tea, root beer, gingerbread and licorice spice flavors.
