Almost shocking at first, due to strong, unyielding peanut and iodine aromas. Remains intense on the palate, where salt, butter and almonds mix nicely. Sharp and racy on the finish, with good flow. A word of warning: there's nothing cuddly or sweet about this. It's old-style, traditional Sherry made for the connoisseur. Imported by W.J. Deutsch & Sons. Michael Schachner
