Owen Roe 2018 Anna's Vineyard Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

This aromatic, pleasantly toasty wine saw 30% new French oak for just under a year. It's a generous mix of red berries, pie cherries, graham cracker and sea salt. Tart and chewy in a good way, this young wine should reach a prime drinking window in another five or six years. Drink through 2027. Paul Gregutt
