Padilla Erickson 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley)

Just delicious. Feels soft and lush and chocolaty in the mouth, with melted blackberry and cherry flavors that taste like they were baked into a pie. The alcohol is high, in the California style, and the wine won't age, but it's fine now with a grilled steak.
