Juicy wild berries and black raspberries are leveled by touches of asphalt and vanilla on the nose of this small-batch garagiste bottling. Graphite and tar add minerality to the palate, though the sip is dominated by hot-out-of-the-oven elderberry pie. Lavender adds florality.
