Pamplin 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (Columbia Valley (WA))

This is 100% varietal. The aromas are wound up tight, and the palate is grainy and gritty right now. The concentration seems light, as with many wines from this vintage, but the acidity is impressive. Some time should bring it all together. Best after 2025. Sean P. Sullivan
