Vanilla and tropical fruit carry the nose toward a palate overloaded with citrus, particularly lemon and tangerine. Yes, it's a blanc de blancs, so you expect a lot of zest and crispness. But this Champagne goes very heavy on the acidity and sharpness, and in the end it comes up snappy but sort of sour. Imported by Cellar Door Selections.
