Panther Creek 1993 Brut (Willamette Valley)

Opens with traditional aromas of hay and toast. Pineapple and a hint of apricot waft in to the palate, which has toast and stone fruit flavors. The finish is clean and a bit grassy, with a touch of toast. This is a great pour for celebrating at home.
