Paradise Springs 2019 Pinot Noir (Sta. Rita Hills)

Superfresh aromas of raspberry compote, hibiscus tea and crushed mint make for a simultaneously bright and darkly fruited nose on this bottling, which is blend of the Sanford & Benedict and John Sebastiano vineyards. The palate is fresh and lively with raspberry fruit punch, delicate clove and light mace flavors. Matt Kettmann
