Dark, rubbery and slightly herbal, with animal hide aromas yielding to cleaner, darker fruit scents as it opens. Clean feeling on the palate, with cassis, raspberry and cherry flavors. On the finish, it darkens up with toasted oak, chocolate and coffee. Solid Ribera del Duero; drink over the next 12 months.
