Paratus 2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Mount Veeder)

Cellar Selection

This is made from the best barrels of the vintage, an exploration of intense mountain fruit, sage, tree bark and turned earth that is grippy and thick on the palate. The red is 100% varietal and was given 22 months in new French oak. It finishes in clove and a dash of vanilla; enjoy best from 2028–2030. Virginie Boone
