Rich blueberry paste, turned earth and a balsamic-reduction character show on the nose of this reserve bottling by longtime grower-turned-winemaker David Parrish. The palate is reminiscent of a blueberry stew, with touches of strawberry, elderberry, oregano leaf and dill. The tannins are lavish and the acidity is bright.
