Jolivet has crossed the Loire from his home in Sancerre to produce this full-bodied wine that comes from clay and chalk soil. It is textured with acidity and minerality, while the white fruit of this young wine is forward and juicy. The wine, like so many from Pouilly, needs to age. Drink from 2018.
