Very different, and not always a seamless package. The nose offers graham cracker, saline and the purest hit of wet dog you could ever care to inhale. But there's also blueberry and earth aromas. The palate is tannic and tight, with some overt grapy flavor and also a note of plum or blackberry pie. All in all, this is a funky, odd wine, one that will appeal to some people and turn off others. Only 336 cases produced.
