From a site expertly farmed by the Martinelli family, Burnside is leathery and earthy, a deep dive into mint, cedar and pine as well as pungent rose garden. Spicy cardamom and black tea are supported by a grip of oak and tannin that tastes bold and big, yet finishes in balance.
