Paul Blanck 2017 Rosenbourg Riesling (Alsace)

An almost ethereal, hayflower lift informs the first whiff. More sniffing reveals lemon notes. The palate of this wine convinces with concentrated freshness, enriched by lemon oil, hayflower notes, and chalky earthiness that translates into an attractive pithy texture. The finish is incisive, dry and lasting. Anne Krebiehl MW
