Winemaker: Andries Burger. Current CWG Chairman Andries Burger crafts stellar Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and this selection doesn't disappoint. Aromas of yellow flowers, fresh honey-drizzled apple, lime and toast lead the bouquet, while rich baked apple and spiced tangerine unfold on the palate and linger through the long finish. The medium-weight mouthfeel is lifted by bright acidity and a lovely minerality. Drink now–2021.
