Named after latitude 45, which runs right past the Paul Jaboulet Aîné winery, this Côtes du Rhône is one of the biggest brands in the region, with 1.2 million bottles sold each year. It has a ripe southern feel to it, with aromas of almonds, vanilla and herbes de Provence. Red fruits and fine, dusty tannins give it a warm richness and easy accessibility.
