Paul Jaboulet Aîné 2005 Le Chevalier de Sterimberg White (Hermitage)

Rather nutty—almonds—on the nose, then broadening out on the palate into apricots and oranges. This is more focused and crisp than many white Hermitages, with a long, modestly tannic finish. It may age well, or it may be trying too hard and best consumed young. Joe Czerwinski
