This is elegantly perfumed with notes of waxy white blossom, tangerine, honey and lemon zest set against a thin veil of lanolin. Paumanok's late-harvest Riesling is intensely concentrated and complex on both the nose and palate. Striking lemon-lime acidity balances the rich, honeyed sweetness and extends onto the long, floral finish.
