Fresh apples, spring blossoms and yogurt scents make for a deliciously tempting nose. On the palate, it's dry and full bodied, with a good concentration of that fresh apple flavor. The alcohol feels just a tad high, but the acidity is balanced and the finish long with a warm, nutty tone.
