Light and pleasant aromas of red cherry and cedar are lifted by peppercorn, dried herbs and the slightest hint of dried chile on the nose of this bottling. It's a lighter bodied and easy to enjoy wine on the palate, with red cherry, dried herbs, roasted cocoa, a touch of pine needle and a bit of wood smoke. Matt Kettmann
