Pelletiere 2017 Viognier (Paso Robles Willow Creek District)

Rounded and plump aromas of lime blossom, sweet apple, oak and nuts are cut by a wet stone minerality on the nose of this bottling. The palate is much tighter than expected, with a zingy lemon quality that keeps the warmer apple, peach and sea salt flavors in check. Matt Kettmann
