Charred meat, tar, asphalt and elderberry aromas make for a dark nose on this bottling. The palate is loaded with gamy flavors, offering roasted beef and soy sauce as well as violet, lilac and cherry cola flavors, with a coffee-syrup finish. Matt Kettmann
