A bit cloudy in the glass, this blend of Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir smells of smashed berries, lavender, rosemary blossoms and wild herb, yet retains some primary fermentation aromas. There is a very tangy entry to the sip, where the tart berries are levelled by wild thyme and cracked pepper. Matt Kettmann
