Penfolds 2012 Bin 51 Riesling (Eden Valley)

Cellar Selection

Evaluating young Eden Valley Rieslings isn't easy, as they often don't show their full potential for several years. The 2012 Bin 51 is tight and linear, crisply focused and a bit one-dimensional at this age. But the lime-driven fruit is potent and the finish beautifully clean and long. It should develop well over the next 7–8 years or more. Joe Czerwinski
