This offers a lot, maybe too much, of everything—supermature pruney fruit, tons of smoky oak and a jammy mouthfeel. It's fat, and closes long with dense fruit and black pepper accents. It's also over the top—overripe, highly extracted, densely wooded; if you love that style, you'll enjoy this much more than our tasters did. This has potential as a Port, though, consumed at the end of a meal with cheeses and nuts.
