Père Ami 2017 Red (Umpqua Valley)

This blend of Grenache, Tempranillo and Syrah is toasty and broadly fruity, with some heat in the finish. The blend doesn't really jell, and the three components don't seem to resonate with each other, leading into a diffuse borderline-generic red. Paul Gregutt
