Perrier Jouët 1993 Fleur de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut (Champagne)

Rich ripe bread dough, toast and almond biscuit aromas lead the way. The enticing bouquet is followed by a complex, beautifully balanced baked apple, plum, lemon and orange peel and vanilla palate. This finely tuned wine is bright, yet also warm and smooth with a supple, honey-floral robe. Finishes with tangy spice notes and excellent length.
