A limited-edition vintage that Perrier-Jouët releases for summer drinking. It has weight and richness with a soft, fruity dosage that gives touches of yeast and fragrant acidity. Ripe apple, raspberry and citrus fruits are still very present in this wine that is full and balanced. It could do with more bottle age to bring out more of the toast that is just beginning, so drink from 2016.
