Pessagno 1999 Garys' Vineyard Pinot Noir (Santa Lucia Highlands)

Vividly ripe, sweet fruit here, with a powerful core of spice, wild cherry and cinnamon. Firm tannins give it good structure, while the finish is long and clean. Drinking well now, but should age nicely over the next 5 to 10 years.
